Designed for fitness enthusiants, athletes, and personal trainers, Replace bulky paper notebooks, clipboards, and calendars with your convenient Palm Pilot. PDAbs is completely intuitive and easy to learn, it is quickly becoming the standard for fitness software.

PDAbs puts your workout in your hand, replacing the notebooks and clipboards you used to carry around with you. With PDAbs you can view, setup, and edit your workout sessions and print them when you get home or back to the office. When you want to enter a workout, or plan future ones, one tap of the stylus and you are ready to get started. By saving all of your previous workout data on your PDA and syncing to your PC you will never lose your workouts. Plan for future workouts with rouintes and then simply check off as you go. Using auto-fill, data entry is easy and fast.

These features of PDAbs saves you valuable time at the gym. Beam workouts to your clients and sync to your desktop to get detailed graphs of your progress. Export them to HTML files to upload to the web or print them out. Setup and maintain profiles for each of your clients, including age, weight, goals - even their target heart rate range. PDAbs comes loaded with over 200 default categories, and gives you the ability to add, edit, or remove them to suit your needs. Calculate the calories that you burn during your aerobic workouts and records yoru heart rate. Working out has never been this easy.
